Location was ideal & desk staff helpful with dining recommendations.

Bathroom was tight size-wise, but very clean & functional.

I was happy with hotel's great location in alley. Fairly quiet room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a tub, a plus for me. Location: the property was so close to restaurants and shops, and Right in downtown within walking distance to restaurants. Places like Art Expressions were approx 10-15 minutes' walk from from here too.

Had a cozy and clean room that was very good. The friendly receptionist. The indoor pool was perfect for our kids. Pro tip, arrive early for breakfast to enjoy a peaceful start before exploring Custer State Park.

We had a great time! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the grab-and-go breakfast made mornings easy. The room was clean, though smaller than we expected.

Great location near attractions, but the Wi-Fi was almost unusable.

We explored Sylvan Lake and Rocky Knolls Golf Course, both being perfect spots for outdoor adventures. The hotel was centrally located. Amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center added to our stay. Plus, the historical walking tour was a cool bonus!

We did experience a bit of a hassle with the A/C filter needing cleaning, overlooked . It made the room a little stuffy at times.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, fantastic location, the staff went out of their way to assist us, and the proximity to Rapid City Regional Airport made traveling easy.

Some amenities were lacking, like a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

So, we stayed here for 3 nights, and honestly, we were kinda surprised! The location is perfect for accessing all the local attractions, and we loved the comfy beds. The cool thing? They even allowed us to store our bikes inside. Can we talk about the waffle maker at breakfast? Delicious!

Staying here with my five kids was a hit thanks to the fantastic location. We were right near Custer State Park and Mt. Rushmore, made our family outings super easy. Plus, the nearby park was perfect for letting the kids blow off some steam after a day of adventures.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for families, like healthier items to grab in the morning. A better breakfast spread would definitely add to the family experience.
